Radiant Heat Treatment Services (RHTS) is a SMI based company specialising in heat treatment of wood packaging materials such as (pallets, dunnages, timber strips, wooden crates & cases) for exporting purposes.

If you're exporting goods out of Malaysia, heat treatment (HT) of your pallets needs to be part of your shipping procedures set by the international export standard (ISPM15). Treatment to this standard is required when exporting to most industrial countries including the EU, North America, Canada, Mexico, China, Korea, Australia and New Zealand. We have been in this business for 11 years and our main goal is to ensure your wood packaging materials are pest free before being transported to their respective destination.

RHTS has the heat treating capabilities to meet all of your needs. Whether it's a truckload of pallets, 20 pallets, boards, crates, etc., we can provide the heat treatment services to meet the needs of ISPM-15. We are CERTIFIED by the Department of Agriculture Malaysia (MAHTAS) and our IPPC certification allows us to stamp all heat treated pallets and other wood packaging materials to show they are in compliance with the ISPM-15 regulation. You'll have our assurance that your packaging will not be delayed at international ports due to regulation concerns.
